How it Works:
For private lessons, Skype and zoom are easy tools that allow me to see my students & screen share with them, I can also share control of my screen with them.
For Schools or larger group classes, Zoom Meetings (https://zoom.us/meetings) is one of a few highly regarded widely used platform, especially with the new security measures that have been put in place.
Once the student or class is on either Skype or Zoom, they can connect to lichess.org/ which is free, or sign up for a free basic account or paid account on Chess.com or http://chesskids.com and the lesson can begin! All are great site for students to practice their chess skills and offers excellent teaching opportunities as well, with tools that allow for interactive student/teacher participation as well as game analysis and puzzle solving technique. Looking forward to seeing you in the virtual world!
